Operations, Maintenance & Emergency Manuals

Jurisdictional pipeline operators are required to prepare and implement an operations, maintenance and emergency manual. This manual outlines inspection procedures and frequencies, recordkeeping requirements and emergency procedures. The Compliance Group can assist you with plan development, recordkeeping systems and form documentation.


Operator Qualification Programs

Each operator shall prepare and follow a written operator qualification program. The Compliance Group can prepare your program and evaluate personnel in accordance with the federal and/or state requirements.


Integrity Management

The Compliance Group, Inc. can prepare your pipeline Integrity Management Plan to include aerial mapping to show High Consequence Areas, block valve locations, etc… Our Integrity Management Team consist of a NACE Certified Corrosion Engineer and Field Technicians who can uncover your pipeline safely and perform direct assessments on pipe surfaces.


Field Inspections

The Compliance Group's Field Technicians are qualified in accordance with 49 CFR 192 (Subpart N) and 49 CFR 195 (Subpart G). Our qualified individuals can perform your regularly scheduled inspections, prepare documentation and perform pipeline maintenance.

Our NACE Certified Corrosion Engineer can design, install and monitor your cathodic protection system to maintain compliance and pipeline integrity.
