Texas General Land Office

Department of Transportation

Hazardous liquid pipelines which could potentially impact navigable waters of the United States, must have (in place) a Facility Response Plan.

Integrated Contingency Plans

For clients subject to multiple regulatory requirements, having an integrated contingency plan eliminates having several different plans which often overlap and duplicate material with the risk of contradicting each other. The Compliance Group will tailor your plans to your facility and operating practices. If you have existing plans, integration could prove cost effective by minimizing plan updating chores and by consolidating training.
